Was giving up on florists as it seemed that what was received was a long shot from what I ordered. But I situation called for flowers and I gave Mancuso's a try. I was so very pleasantly surprised. Thank you for a beautiful arrangement and restoring our faith.

You never disappoint. We sent Mothers Day flowers to our daughter in law. They live on the other side of the state. She got them on time and raved about the gorgeous plants. We order exclusively from Mancusos, and always have beautiful arrangements and excellent service.

After I placed an online order for a funeral arrangement, I thought of a special request I had forgotten to include so I called and spoke with a very friendly, helpful woman who quickly located my order and added the extra instructions. The flowers were delivered on time, and the arrangement was gorgeous! Excellent service and value.

Exceptional service, quality, and delivery. We ordered flowers from out of state to be delivered to our daughter in college. The arrangement that arrived looked even better in the photo she sent us than the picture online. She loved them and they even called her to ensure she received her delivery (something we were nervous about with a weekend delivery in a residence hall). Well done Mancuso! We were making arrangements for a memorial service for my beloved brother in law. It was being held at our beloved church. I asked our church what florist they used and would recommend. I was told Mancuso's in St Clair Shores. After calling I ordered the luxury version of the "Solemn Offering". We wanted just one large nice arrangement that would be placed on a table in front of the alter as a focal point. It was absolutely outstanding. Way beyond expectations. Huge. Gorgeous. An honor to display as a tribute to our Bill. It looked like it cost a fortune. It did not. It was very reasonably priced. They are now my florist whom I will recommend highly. Thank you Mancuso's. It's been so nice meeting you.

Thank you Adrienne and staff for all who worked on creating and delivering my order to the venue for my Mother's 90th. The balloons looked great. I appreciate the call letting me know that I was short 10 heart weights and how you remedy that with 50 balloons. The room looked fabulous.

The ordering process was super easy and the person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. The delivery was made as promised, which was important for a funeral service, and the arrangement I ordered exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this florist.

Mancuso's Florist has done an excellent job. I have ordered for multiple times and I didn't had a slightest hint of disappointment. The order process was flawless in their website. The customer care was also very warm and friendly. They do their best in their field of work. I ordered a designer's choice bouquet- medium for a birthday and the delivery was the next day. I am more than satisfied of their service. Recommended.

My friend had flowers sent to me from Mancuso's for my Birthday. These flowers were absolutely gorgeous and lasted about 10 days. I was extremely happy with the packaging that the flowers arrived in. The box they arrived in was a tall sturdy box, that was strapped to keep everything together. The outside of the box had directions how to open and the base inside the box had a smaller cardboard square that held the flowers from shifting in transit. In addition to the gorgeous flower arrangement, I was truly impressed with their packaging. As a perk to recycle the box, they will give you 2 red roses if you return the box. I definitely will use Mancuso's Florist again in the future!
